Chroniclebough Focus
This thumb-sized twig is enclosed in a ring of translucent resin and can be used as a druidic spellcasting focus. While holding it, you can use a bonus action to invoke its stored moment, gaining one of the following benefits: (1) You teleport to an unoccupied space you can see within 10 feet; or (2) you gain advantage on the next Wisdom (Perception) or Wisdom (Survival) check you make within 1 minute. The focus has 3 charges and regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20; on a 1, the focus becomes inert until the next dawn. In addition, once per long rest when you fail a concentration saving throw, you can use your reaction to reroll it, taking the new result. The focus’s magic is nature-oriented but does not alter or restrict Wild Shape.
Unbroken Moment Blade
This magic longsword grants a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. Once per long rest, when you miss with an attack using this weapon, you can reroll the attack roll. You must use the new roll. The blade has no additional benefit if used by someone who is not proficient with longswords.
